Fixed fee redundancy advice
Employers will offer a fixed fee of usually about £500 plus vat when they wish to determinate your contract of employment.
Being made redundant is not being sacked and should not be for anything that you have done wrong. There are a number of rights you should be made aware of if you might be made redundant, and your employer should treat you fairly.
