Originally from Beverly Hills, California, Arianna holds a BA in Public Service & Public Policy (Law & Policy) from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University. After moving to the UK, she completed an MA in Law at the University of Bristol and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Newcastle and London Bloomsbury.
Arianna practises primarily in criminal law and has experience across a wide range of serious and sensitive matters, including sexual offences, public order offences, violence, fraud, theft, burglary, proceeds of crime and complex Crown Court proceedings. She also has experience in personal injury, human rights, employment, private client, family, intellectual property and conveyancing matters. She has contributed to a number of successful outcomes, including acquittals, discontinuances and suspended sentences.
Arianna is known for being warm, down-to-earth and easy to speak to, particularly with clients who are anxious, vulnerable, autistic or have previously struggled to engage with lawyers or other professionals. She takes time to build trust and obtain difficult or sensitive instructions without making clients feel judged or overwhelmed.
